Best Ever Banana Bread

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas crushed

2 eggs

¾ cup stevia

½ cup olive oil

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp vanilla

½ tsp salt

1 ¾ cup almond flour

¼ plus 1 tsp buttermilk

1 cup chocolate chips, or fruit of your choice

Directions

Mash bananas, whip eggs and add to bananas.

Stir in stevia and next 7 ingredients, sifting the almond flour.

Cook at 325 for at least 60 minutes

The buttermilk in this bread is what really makes it! It has such a perfect crust, I love it so much. Many of my friends ask for this to be brought to gatherings. In fact, I’m pretty sure this is what grabbed Jeremy’s attention before we started dating (quickest way to a man’s heart is food and all…).
