Energy bites!!

Ingredients

* 1 cup rolled oats

* ½ cup almond butter

* ¼ cup honey

* ½ cup ground flaxseed

* ½ cup mini dark chocolate chips

* ½ banana smashed

* 1 Tbs. Vanilla extract

Directions

1. Mix everything together in a bowl

2. Roll into balls

Is that easy, or what? These are fun to make (you cannot be afraid to get your hands dirty!), kiddos love making them and then will be happy to eat some extra fiber. They stay good stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week (although they never last that long in my house). Plus, they are super yummy!
