Chiropractic, at it’s very core, is about gently and specifically correcting bone and joint motion and alignment. We do that very well and utilize a very wide array of techniques to do so.
We assess every bone and joint in your spine and the rest of your body as well. We believe that your arms and legs are every bit as important (if not more so!) as your neck and back, so therefore we make sure to check everything.
Soft Tissue Treatments
Similar to a massage, but not quite as relaxing in the moment. We offer very efficient, problem-focused, soft tissue treatments such as trigger point, cross friction, active release, and various instrument assisted methods.
None of these methods will put you to sleep in while you’re receiving them, but that’s not our goal. Our goal is to get you well, not just make you feel better. Soft tissue manipulation is a great way to help us achieve that task. Scroll down for pricing information.
Rehabilitative exercise is absolutely vital to your success with our care. We will get you started in the right direction, and show you what to do to retrain your mind and your body in order to maintain the changes we are working towards, but it is then up to you to follow through with our instructions.
Our rehab will always be very simple and basic, and won’t involve any fancy equipment. It’s our goal to show you how to move better while keeping your current lifestyle.
Spinal decompression is a wonderful therapy for disc related issues. We have a spinal decompression table inside of our practice, that way it is easily accessible for our patients.
This machine provides a form of traction, or pulling, on your spine. During treatment, you sit down in a comfy, oversized chair with a strap around your ankles and your arms on two handles. It then gradually and gently applies a slight pulling force apart from each other. This creates extra space between the joints of your spine, and allows the damaged disc to begin to heal. It is very slow, and very gentle, and we see great results from it.
Acupuncture / Dry Needling
Acupuncture is a very powerful form of health care that has been around for thousands of years. It has stood the test of time longer than anything else available today. That alone grants credibility to it’s effectiveness.
Dry needling is a western version of acupuncture, which in reality just focuses in on one small aspect of acupuncture and calls it something different. Dry needling is simply one form of acupuncture focused primarily on relieving muscle discomfort.
We do both forms in our office, and we often do acupuncture without the use of needles even, so there is nothing to be scared of!
We believe in treating dis-function before it becomes dis-ease. What does that mean…
It means that we look at the way your body is functioning, and then make changes wherever you aren’t at your best. Functional neurology applies that concept to your brain.
We can look at very specific aspects of brain function simply by looking at your posture and the way your body is working. We can then give you very specific rehabilitative exercises to do to improve those areas of your brain that need work. Your brain adapts to the challenges it’s given. We just have to challenge it in the right ways.
Your body is made up of millions of little molecules that are constantly changing each and every day. It’s vital to know what is going on inside of your body in order to be able to make the appropriate changes.
We use lab testing to see where your exact levels are at, and then we recommend various diet changes and supplementation as needed.
We don’t do any data collection in house, so you are free to go to any lab you like to have your studies run!
Your posture begins from the ground up. Therefore, we spend a great deal of time checking and correcting your feet during our treatment plans. After we get your feet back the way we want them, we then recommend supporting them with a high quality custom orthotic.
We sell Footleveler’s brand orthotics in our office because we believe them to be the best currently available, and they are available at a reasonable price.
The orthotic itself is soft and malleable, which is vital for shock absorption, and they support all 3 arches of your foot.

Pregnancies & Pediatrics
A pregnancy is one of the hardest things there is for a woman to go through. Therefore, it is HIGHLY recommended that pregnant women seek out chiropractic care all the way through their pregnancy.
Furthermore, it is crucial that newborns get their bodies checked as quickly as possible to ensure proper and healthy development.
That’s why here at our office we do both, as well as provide ongoing care for the child as they age.
